GAGE MINOR
Hello, I’m Gage Minor, an artist and designer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I’m majoring in Communication Design at Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (May 2023). Throughout my education, I balanced day jobs with personal creative work including illustration and free-lance design for family, friends, and clients.
My journey as an artist and designer has focused on the exploration into drawing, fabrication, graphic design, painting, printing, and even murals. My inspiration comes from modernism, vintage design, and expands to film, music and urban streets. The process of making meaningful art or design from conception to completion, whether solely or through collaboration, is what I love most.
My creative approach—no matter the medium—is finding the best solution for the client. By dissecting an idea, I can conceptualize a vision and create a final product that suits the initial prompt. My approach of over delivering ideas with clear communication for creative direction gives clients the confidence in my ability to make a vision become reality.
As a creative and critical thinker with a hard focus in design and artistry, I strive to create for all demographics and industries. Ultimately, I’m determined to create memorable and timeless design using my knowledge that can assist client’s ideas to stand out throughout any industry.
